What Seminole County Inmate Records Show
The inspected public roster showed a thumbnail image, name, status, sex, height, weight, address, arrest date, arresting agency, days in jail, total bond, and a charge table. The charge table can include warrant numbers, counts, statutes, descriptions, misdemeanor or felony flag, and court. One observed days-in-jail value appeared anomalous, so urgent custody and bond details should be verified by phone.

Seminole County Jail Visitation
Seminole County Jail visitation is organized by population or pod, with morning and afternoon windows on weekdays. The posted rules require a valid government photo ID, no cell phones or smart devices beyond the public lobby, no outside food or drinks, dress-code compliance, and no bags or purses except small clear bags with necessary personal items. Minors must remain with a parent or legal guardian.

Mail and Commissary Rules
Seminole County Jail mail is restricted to postcards, except legal mail handled under policy. Incoming cards must have a legible return address with the sender's name. Funds mailed to an inmate must be addressed to the Seminole County Jail and must clearly state the receiving inmate's name and the sender's name. The jail page says mailed money orders or cashier's checks are allowed, but no money orders are accepted at the jail counter and no personal checks are accepted.
No outside items may be brought to the jail for an inmate. Commissary items must be bought through jail commissary, which can include snacks, hygiene items, stationery, and clothing. The jail page links to NCIC for phone deposits and JailATM or JailMate for commissary deposits. Kiosk machines in the front lobby are separated for commissary and phones, and commissary funds must be received before midnight Monday for that week's order.
Bond for Seminole County Inmates
The jail FAQ makes an important local distinction. Citation cases processed in Municipal Court or Probate Court may have preset bonds. If an arrest is based on a warrant, the inmate must have a first appearance before the Magistrate Judge before bond is set. Cash bond may be posted after bond is set. Property bond may be possible if the person posting owns property in Seminole County, subject to Sheriff or Chief Deputy approval. Property in another Georgia county needs that county sheriff's approval.

Booking Reports and Open Records
The sheriff's open-records form is the better channel for booking reports, incident reports, accident reports, body-camera footage, or in-car camera footage. The form asks for requester name and email, case number if known, date and time of the incident or accident, location, attachments, and the category of record.
